More Revelations!

I would like to thank some of you who have send documents. This is a case study of Smart Credit limited which used share the same floor with Sasanet and Edgenet ltd. This was at Post Bank on 14th and 15th floor. Edgenet is the one that is currently at Post bank 15th, I heard it is not operating, but they are planning to recruit new faces who know nothing about the organization's history, they have another new company there also.

Smart Credit Limited is now Meridian Acceptances limited...it is still operational, it is said to be giving out loans but Meridian Acceptances is Started as a new firm. It is based in Anniversary Towers, Mezzanine 1 next to KCB bank. Njeru Karuana is there as the MD, somehow in early 2008 he agree with Micheal Chege that Njeru Karuana take the firm, but since a company should be having more that one person, he put his wife Pamela Nkirote as the other Director,...

Njeru Karuana who is a very shrewd man took up some of the Sasanet funds, basically through Smart Credit ltd and many other companies he has started . Smart Credit ltd used to dish out unsecured loan like a joke.........(Of course because the money was not theirs)

Some of the Mpesa shops of Sasanet Ltd were taken over by Smart Credit Ltd after the scandal revelation had reached it's pick, Safaricom, fully aware of whats going on still facilitated this take over thus helping Micheal Chege and his group hide and consolidate their ill gotten wealth. The story is similar with other organizations like DTBK Bank.......Example of the shops are the one at Karuana Markets and Makutano...........


The KRA documents is the annual returns for Smart Credit. This Among the names is of The only two directors i.e. Micheal Chege and Njeru Karuana. This proves that Micheal Chege owned the company.
