These documents connect Mike Chege with Smart Credit Ltd, and Smart Credit with Meridian Acceptances Ltd. We have certain pages of the Articles of Association, The Mpesa documents shown are currently operating at their locations but not as Sasanet but either Smart Credit Ltd or Meridian Acceptances ltd. In Safaricom Ltd, Smart Credit ltd and Meridian Acceptance Ltd are both operational. There are Mpesa branches under Smart Credit Ltd with others under Meridian Acceptances Ltd but the are clearly controlled by Meridian Acceptances Ltd at Anniversary Towers offices mezzanine one. Safaricom staff Catherine Gichunge among others are key to helping Peter Njeru Karuana transfer Sasanet Ltd Mpesa branches to Smart Credit Ltd and Meridian Acceptances Ltd.

There is documents showing other directors of Smart Credit Ltd, these were senior staff, David Muturi a director of Meridian Acceptances Ltd is now running another microfinance company created by Peter Njeru Karuana, it is called General Credit Ltd. which is based at View Park Towers 17th floor.
